吉岡豊前　赤銅魚々子地水仙図縁頭

江戸時代末期
健全名品也。吉岡派の九代目吉岡重貞が、短期間だけ用いた号が彫られた稀少作です。
明治維新後は政府や皇室の為に勲章などを作ったようです。

(another name of Yoshioka SHIGESADA from 1864 to 1866)
*about Yoshioka SHIGESADA. 1827-3rd. Mar. 1893. the 9th head of the Yoshioka-school.
after the Meiji Restoration, he made medals for the Meiji government and the imperial family.
